Adecco US, Inc. Press Operator in Townsend, Massachusetts
Adecco is seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our client’s team in Townsend, MA. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating moderately complex post-press equipment, including collating presses, cutters, and binding machines.
Available Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 3 years of warehouse experience
1 year of plating experience (preferred)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Efficiently operate and maintain post-press equipment, such as collating presses, cutters, and binding machines.
Set-up and Troubleshooting: Perform complete machine set-ups, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality by monitoring ink density, color matching, and other relevant factors.
Production Efficiency: Optimize production processes to meet deadlines and maximize output.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety guidelines and regulations.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
