Job Summary: Responsible for the support of both the Executive Director and Human Resource functions of St. Josephs Childrens Home, this position requires a high degree of integrity and confidence, with an overall motivation and strong desire to support the mission of St. Josephs Childrens Home. Ensures support for leadership level tasks and responsibilities, as well as both relational and task oriented support for Human Resource office. Develops strong relationships, working collaboratively with all staff throughout the organization. Resident and staff privacy and confidentiality is protected at all times.Minimum necessary access to resident and staff records and information is assigned based on the job duties and responsibilities outlined below.
