Aston Carter Warranty Analyst in Torrance, California
A well known multi national company is looking to hire a Warranty Analyst for their headquarters in Torrance.
Position will analyze and troubleshoot warranty claims for Honda and Acura dealers. The analysis includes that the correct warranty claim codes have been entered by the dealer warranty administrator. High call center support, strong analytical skills and attention to details required in order to review, process, troubleshoot warranty claims and provide clear and systematic instructions to dealership personnel.

various warranty operations support function, technical as well as administrative functions.
Long term contract with potential to go perm/be extended after one year.
Torrance but position goes hybrid after 3 months of training.
