Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement Manager to drive revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate will prospect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicate strategies for meeting customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff.

Responsibilities

  • Drive for revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships.

  • Persuasively communicate strategies for meeting customer needs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff.

  • Determine project pricing based on guidelines from management.

  • Negotiate fees or services with clients with management approval.

  • Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients.

  • Drive clients around the market to show outdoor media sites.

  • Communicate and coordinate with Charting and other internal departments.

  • Complete other duties as assigned or requested.

Essential Skills

  • Salesforce.com experience

  • Cold calling, Inside sales, telemarketing

  • Media sales experience preferred

  • Residency within the territory preferred

  • Ability to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Torrance, CA. The work environment includes a nice building with personal cubicles and an expense account for client entertainment. The role offers incentives, commissions, and bonuses. Extensive training and support are provided, including 8 weeks of hands-on training with modules, videos, calls, follow-along road days, and group cold calling blocks. Ongoing lighter training with 1:1 sessions with sales managers continues after the initial 8 weeks. By 10 months, you are expected to be catching on and closing your own leads and business.
