Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Program Overview – Project Management Office, Central Services

Straddling the divide between a traditional PMO and a Strategic Projects division, the Project Management Office delivers high impact and high-quality work, leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives, including technology and product implementations, business transformation projects, strategic and operational planning, new business development and execution, and other priority work as identified by the Office of the CEO and the senior leadership team at WoodGreen. This position currently works in partnership with various units across the organization, to manage, maintain and evolve core software applications.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of large scale technical projects, from project initiation through to implementation, onboarding and control

  • Liaise with all stakeholders, including Executive Sponsors, business unit and shared service representatives and others as identified

  • Facilitate working sessions and key meetings with stakeholders, including C-Suite and VPs, as well as working teams

  • Drive alignment across and between project stakeholders, including senior leaders, securing decisions as needed to move projects forward

  • Manage vendor relationships where required, including RFP processes, vendor selection and ongoing vendor engagement

  • Manage project budgets and resources

  • Develop and maintain critical project artifacts, inc. project plans, project roadmaps, detailed business requirements, risk assessments, stakeholder assessments, communication and change management plans, and others as required.

  • Resolve issues and risks as identified, escalating where appropriate and offering recommendations

  • Oversee communication, training and change management of impacted teams throughout all phases of project delivery

  • Indirectly manage an Assistant Project Manager and multiple interns

  • Work collaboratively with other Project Managers, and PMO team, to support project initiatives across the organization, contributing to regular meetings

    What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience

  • PMP or related experience

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Proven ability to manage vendors, stakeholders and executive leaders

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and influence skills

  • Solid change management and training approach

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and sound decision making skills

  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members

  • Experience in a matrixed reporting structure
