We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the prioritization and development of security features and technical integrations across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a specific focus on security and risk. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to ensure our products meet the highest standards of security and user trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for security features across Autodesk's product portfolio. Ensure alignment with overall business goals and security standards.

  • Prioritization and Planning: Work closely with engineering, design, and other product managers to prioritize security features and initiatives. Balance security needs with product usability and customer requirements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to understand security requirements and ensure our products meet or exceed these expectations.

  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in the security landscape. Use insights to inform product decisions and strategies.

  • Product Development: Lead the development and implementation of security features and value-added technical integrations with industry partners, from concept to launch. Ensure features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders. Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve customer trust and user experience in Autodesk's product portfolio.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of security use cases. Use data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on security features and initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of security principles, use cases, practices, and technologies.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features on time and within scope.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to security use cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the software or technology industry.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.

  • Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy, and threat detection/prevention technologies.
