Amazon Sr. Enterprise Account Manager, Amazon Key in Toronto, Ontario

Description

As a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager for Amazon Key, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Amazon Key service among our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. Amazon Key allows customers to grant secure, keyless access to their homes for package deliveries, home services, and anywhere Key for Business technology is installed. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations (for installing products), Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas) & Program Management (how to scale). It will be this teams job to manage our top customer relationships and serve as escalation path for the success of our building management customer service.

Key job responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, including the top 200 Multi-family owner operators, property managers and other large organizations

  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand their delivery and access control needs, and position Amazon Key as the premier solution

  • Architect comprehensive Amazon Key programs tailored to each customer's requirements, including integration with their existing systems and processes

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and implementation

  • Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for your enterprise customers, providing exceptional client service and support

  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand Amazon Key's footprint within your accounts

  • Partner with internal teams

About the team

Amazon Key for Business is the multiunit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team. We enable 1-Click access to Amazon logistic's delivery drivers to customers doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

The Enterprise Account management team develops and maintains the largest multi-family real estate accounts in the US, and the portfolio expansion strategy to drive excellent customer obsession and revenue opportunities for both the customer and Amazon.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
