Job Description:

Overview: The Innovation Delivery Manager for the Innovation team within a Architecture and US Channels plays a crucial role in shaping and disseminating the narrative around the TD's innovation initiatives. This role involves crafting compelling messages, managing internal and external communications, gathering/reporting metrics and ensuring that the bank's innovation efforts are effectively communicated to all stakeholders, including P&T and DCAP teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that highlights the bank's innovation initiatives and achievements.

  • Align communication plans with the bank's overall business objectives and innovation goals.

Internal Communication:

  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to understand ongoing projects and translate technical details into clear, engaging content for internal audiences..

  • Create and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and presentations to keep TD employees informed about innovation activities and successes.

  • Foster a culture of innovation by promoting internal events, hackathons, and idea-sharing platforms.

Internal/External Communication:

  • Craft press releases, blog posts, and articles that showcase the TD Banks innovation milestones and thought leadership in the financial industry.

  • Develop content for the bank's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to highlight innovation stories and achievements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate the value and impact of innovation initiatives to key stakeholders, including P&T and teams outside P&T.

  • Organize and help manage, tech jams , webinars, and conferences to engage with internal audiences and demonstrate the bank's commitment to innovation. Help grow Architecture talent

Brand Management:

  • Ensure that all innovation-related communications are consistent with the bank's brand voice and messaging.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate innovation stories into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality content, including case studies, whitepapers, and videos, that highlight successful innovation projects and their impact on the bank and its customers.

  • Work with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to develop engaging multimedia content.

Measurement and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts related to innovation.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the reach and impact of innovation communications.
