We are looking for a passionate and dynamic team member to fulfill a unique role to spearhead our Direct Fulfilment transformation program across the organization. This open and collaborative team member will build bridges with leaders across marketing, technology strategy, customer support, channel, and digital to build and execute on our strategy.

This dynamic role fuses strategic planning, business analysis, executive storytelling and project management capabilities to flexibly adapt and push the team forward. As a top business priority, this exciting and evolving position provides the right candidate with hands-on involvement in strategic change across our business and an unique opportunity to shape our future.

Here's how:

  • Define and refine our Direct Fulfilment strategy to deliver a seamless Customer experience

  • Guide the business analysis to manage the financial impacts across the business

  • Build workstreams required across 15 teams to enable the strategy

  • Drive the requirements for system solution and business policies with business and technical teams

  • Manage the execution plan and keep the teams coordinated, including chairing core team and steering committee meetings

  • Develop compelling executive updates that drive clear decisions and build confidence

  • Gain support among stakeholders, inspiring the team to enhance the plan and drive the transformation forward

Qualifications

You are the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Valued for your 5 years of marketing and leadership development, business analysis and/or consulting experience

  • Highly collaborative - able to engage with broad, diverse stakeholder groups with differing perspectives, and incorporate insights into a concrete action plans

  • Strong storyteller, and are able to communicate complex, detailed concepts widely to different audiences in a concise, compelling manner both verbally and in writing

  • Equally comfortable developing detailed business cases with thorough research and with quick back-of-the-envelope estimations with high level assumptions

  • Able to cope with ambiguity, risk and change in a highly dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated experience in large, complex project implementation

  • Flexible approach to your work enabling you to manage shifting/competing priorities and meet tight deadlines while remaining calm under pressure

Great-to-haves

  • University degree or equivalent in Business with 5 years of equivalent experience

  • 3 years of telecommunications experience

  • 2 years of experience with either strategy or corporate development

  • Proficiency using applications within Google Suite & Microsoft Office

  • Strong overall understanding of the dynamic consumer wireless market
