Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior Project manager specializing in Infrastructure and/or IT Applications projects, ideally within mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will join a major engineering consulting firm within their global M&A PMO.

Day to day responsibilities will include

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects of IT infrastructure nature.

• Prepare and present to executive leadership

• Track and manage project budget, schedule, Scope, KPI's and Risks

• Coordinate with Vendors

• Participate, lead and coordinate status meetings for team members and stakeholder management

• Complete weekly status reports

• Manage project financials and ensure resolution of anomalies

• Other duties as assigned/required.

Skills and Requirements

• Superior written and oral communication skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT projects

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and efficiently

• Experienced and stewardship skill working in enterprise IT organizations

• Proven experience working on large projects, $1-5MM in budgets or comparable

• Application or infrastructure space focus preferred *Previous M&A experience

• PMI Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and agile accreditation.

• Global experience strongly preferred - federated model of business, multinational organizations null
