Insight Global Product Analyst in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst for a Big 5 banking client. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with a Digital Product Manager and to refine product journeys and customer experiences for a digital business banking product. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and gathering technical requirements. You will work closely with scrum masters and other technical team members to ensure that product features are delivered on time and fulfill the needs of the stakeholders.

5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
Strong BA writing and presentation skills
Digital product experience
Jira and Confluence
Kanban boards, experience working with Scrum Masters
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Project Management experience Professional experience at a bank or financial institution
Experience working on business banking products null
