What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering world-class web platforms as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI and platform-centric experiences

  • Proven success in creating innovative products that deliver extraordinary outcomes, particularly in complex technical environments

  • Expertise in AI/ML personalization and a deep understanding of machine learning orchestration systems to drive user engagement

  • Strong working knowledge of design systems and web design patterns, with the ability to translate these into highly configurable, personalized experiences

  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize product plans and communicate results effectively to stakeholders at all levels

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or MS preferred but not required

  • Experience managing large, cross-functional projects across the entire product lifecycle, involving multiple teams and departments

  • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to leverage technology to deliver innovative solutions

  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

How you will lead

  • Define and lead the vision and strategy for redesigning QuickBooks.com into an AI-first, E2E platform that powers business growth and daily operations

  • Establish and maintain a durable, extensible design framework with configurable components, layouts, and widgets that support flexible, dynamic website experiences

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver critical systems that support seamless discovery, user engagement, and navigation across the platform

  • Implement hyper-personalized website UI that adapts to visitors in real-time, driven by AI, delivering relevant experiences based on visitor context, intent, and behavior

  • Build and operationalize an AI-driven segmentation system to probabilistically segment prospects based on multiple dimensions, including channel, traffic type, and propensity to convert

  • Lead the development of interactive features such as an ‘Everything in One Place’ widget and scenario-based guided tours, helping users discover how QuickBooks solves key business challenges

  • Partner closely with marketing teams to ensure consistency in campaigns, product demos, and messaging from landing pages through to the website experience

  • Drive website performance by ensuring clear navigation, onsistent branding, and seamless usability across business-specific pages and audiences

  • Enable page-level instrumentation and leverage tools like FullStory and Adobe Analytics to inform design and drive customer engagement

  • Optimize operational models (process, people, structure, partnerships) to support agile, data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes
