Otter Products Marketing Management Manager - Temporary Role in Toronto, Ontario
Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our awesome Sales team in Canada! This position will preferably be located in Toronto, Canada. The successful candidate has a passion for marketing and bringing consumer goods to life through various channels. They should have an understanding of brand marketing and how to manage client/customer relationships. The Marketing Manager must be a proven project manager with exceptional decision making skills. They will execute projects with excellence, convey knowledge of brand and retailer’s businesses, identify innovative opportunities and understand category and market positioning. They are the liaison between sales and marketing and are responsible for driving tailored sell-in and sell-through programs for key partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in channel, brand, and eCommerce marketing. Experience working in the wireless or consumer electronics industry would be a huge plus.

Strategic planning and execution of programs with Carrier and Retail partners.
Direct and have consistent proactive interaction with key accounts such as Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Bell, TELUS, Rogers.
Alignment and best practice sharing with US counterparts both from a channel and brand perspective
Determine marketing needs for Canadian Enterprise segment
Identify Canadian brand needs by region and develop plan of attack to grow awareness within the market.
Support various product launches
Provide headquarters marketing team insight on language requirements
Provide the Canadian Sales team updates on a variety of topics including changes to brand strategy
Provide a high level focus for both the OtterBox and LifeProof brands
Develop specific marketing programs for the Canadian region
Develop strategy around new series/product introduction
Managing MDF & OpEx spends
Other duties as required
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum five years of marketing experience, preferably in the areas of channel, brand and eCommerce.
Experience working in the consumer electronics or wireless industry is highly preferred.
Valid driver’s license required
