The Manager, Operations, Project Delivery & Support is a key part of the team in charge of (1) Tracking and reporting the key performance indicators; (2) Managing and developing processes to support internal operations (3) Managing PD&S internal communications; (4) Deploying key internal strategic initiatives focused on the betterment of PD&S operating model Ensures all activities conducted are following governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

(1) Project Governance and KPI Reporting

  • Produce and manage internal project and financial governance reports provided to PD&S Community

  • Provide reporting on allocations and utilization of current resources from CAPPM

  • Work with PD&S Resource Managers to identify resources becoming available for new projects and ensure proper resource allocation/utilization

  • Monitor, maintain, and reports PD&S key performance indicator to executives and partner CIOs

(2) Internal Operations and Development

  • Maintain databases and automated reporting scripts to support monthly reporting

  • Monitor and maintain external data integrity for project portfolio and financial reporting

  • Develop internal operations and processes to support improved and more efficient reporting cycles

(3) Communication Management

  • Manages internal and external PD&S communication and key channels (e.g. Community of Practice, Inbox, SharePoint, etc)

(4) Strategic Initiative Deployment

  • Provide support to the Senior Manager and Director of PD&S for internal strategic initiatives focused on the betterment of PD&S operating model in partnership with supported CIO representatives and SMEs across the Project Management Community

  • Identify best practices to support continuous improvement activities, drive efficiency, and promote consistency across business project teams

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level reports and PowerPoint presentations

  • Strong problem-solving skills and intuitive thinking

  • Excellent organizational skills and a disciplined work ethic

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, complex formulas like FILTER/LET/XLOOKUP, VBA/Macros, Power Query)

  • Proficient in Python scripting (Pandas for data cleaning / analysis)

  • Proven ability to lead and implement strategic initiatives

  • Strong change management skills

  • Nice to Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., CAPPM)
