We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, growth-focused individual ready to assume hands-on management and execution of digital platforms and campaigns. You will take our marketing programs to the next level with demonstrated improvements in lead generation and meeting digital KPIs. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Analyze and improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the digital journey and website user flows from awareness to conversion.
Full funnel marketing from awareness to online purchase (ecommerce)
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Manage website updates, collaborating with multiple teams
Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve marketing performance
Design and assist in launching email and content marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Demonstrated success and working experience in digital B2B marketing
B2B website management experience
Experience with integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and personalization
Knowledge of testing and optimization process
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience with SEO, digital analytics, CMS and marketing technology platforms.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to derive core insights from multiple data points and creating recommendations.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
