Global Transaction Banking (GTB) offers comprehensive business banking solutions on a global basis to small business, commercial and corporate clients of the Bank. The Business Payments Product team is responsible for enhancing the customer experience for payment products while maximizing revenue.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Be responsible for research and analysis leading to the definition of requirements and processes to assist in the resolution of business problems. You will also have the opportunity to; lead and/or participate in the testing of new systems or enhancements, the training of users, and providing ongoing support to all supported units.
Work with your team to provide analytical support on key projects and provide critical support to various projects and strategic initiatives among the product management teams including but not limited to:
Formulating and defining functional scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements for the assigned Lines of Business.
Developing or modifying procedures to solve complex problems.
Consider computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate them into proper systems requirement specifications.

You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and/or hackathons.
You have strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and oral.
You have strong time management skills, along with well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
You have experience working in a task and goal-oriented team environment.
You have a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new situations and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
If you have experience translating business concepts into process flows/models by using modeling language UML or experience with Agile methodology this would be considered an asset.
