Insight Global Content Designer in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for the Canadian Digital Banking product (digital controls and fraud prevention initiatives + alerts). You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design

Figma

Large enterprise experience

Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders

Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style

Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user Specific experience within banking or other financial institutions

Transactional UX flows

Payments, alerts, one-time password or other fraud prevention tools null
