Aston Carter Business Analyst in Toronto, Ontario
Description:
Our client is a fortune 500 company who is looking for a business analyst to help with cost tracking initiatives. This individual will be managing pricing, costing, metadata, and avails for our clients video purchase and rental business.
Responsibilities:
-Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
-Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
-May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
-Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts practices and procedures.
-Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
-A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Requirements:
High competence in Excel (e.g. be able to do pivot tables and calculations)
Business Analyst skills
Experience with cost tracking and analysis.
Detail oriented
Any bachelors degree. Preferably in business, economics, engineering, finance, accounting, or management.
