Randstad US Client Success Partner in Toronto, Ontario

Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is hiring a Client Success Partner to support our manufacturing and logistics clients. We offer a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high volume staffing needs.

The Client Success Partner is responsible for relationships building with current contacts, identifying and building relationships with new contacts, generating new business, selling our services, growing the account(s), and driving results. We take the time to build relationships with clients and candidates so we can truly understand what they need and how we can help them succeed.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business development and increase wallet share nationally

  • Create and nurture strategic relationships with customers, prospects, and corporate partners to drive profitable growth

  • Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction

  • Serve as a thought leader in the community and social media, providing market intelligence and identifying opportunities for business expansion

  • Build top of mind awareness through in-person visits which foster a consultative relationship

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market trends to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth

  • Encourage and foster adoption of new tools, technology, and process changes to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction

What you need to bring:

  • 1+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting

  • Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing performance targets

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships

  • Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload

  • Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups

  • Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations

  • Self-motivated with a drive for success and the ability to generate new business to meet sales targets
