What does the role look like?

The Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Planner plays a crucial role in enhancing plant efficiency and ensure the daily operation targets are met.

The candidate will work closely with the MRO shopfloor and various departments to forecast needs, procure supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels to minimize inventory.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

  • Develop and analyze long term needs, based on Long Range Plan.

  • Define work packages, plan, and coordinate with Planning Manager and supervisors.

  • Ensure production schedules for all maintenance activities are monitored daily and up to date.

  • Ensure completed work orders are consolidated for invoicing.

  • Prepare reports and perform other duties as may be required by the Planning Manager.

What will you bring to the role?

Desirable skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree engineering or economics.

  • Excellent verbal and written English knowledge.

  • SAP and APO knowledge.

  • Knowledge of technical requirements and customer demands.

  • Preferred knowledge of EMAR 145 and EASA Part 145 regulations.

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Great team player and individual, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration.
