Ministry Support (Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries) HUD Property Manager in Topton, Pennsylvania
Category/Shift/Hours per 2 week pay period: Full-Time / Day Shift / 75 scheduled hours per pay period

General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall physical and financial condition, regulatory compliance, and quality of life offered to residents.
- Oversees and ensures the maintenance of physical plant and grounds.
- Ensures that all Housing Management Department programs provide the highest quality of service to both internal and external customers.
- Prepares and monitors facility budget.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of two 50-unit Section 8/202 HUD Senior Properties located in Topton, PA.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, One Site/Real Page software for all recertifications and rent/deposit collection.
- Supervise the performance of all property staff, including annual employee reviews.
- Maintain accurate files for all site administration including tenant files, applicant files, vendor files, according to HUD policies.
- Process and review for approval of all applications, including screening of applicants and responsible for annual, interim, move-in and move-out recertifications of applicants and tenants.
- Maintain compliance of Fair Housing Laws.
- Conduct unit inspections including annual, move-in and move-out inspections.
- Oversee Kronos timesheets for approval and accuracy.
- Approve and process all property invoices/billing in conjunction with accounts payable.
Take part in preparing annual operating budget with Director of Housing and be responsible for maintaining budgetary guidelines.
Education/Training: A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study normally required.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' work experience in housing administration preferred.
ADA: Ability to ability to bend, stoop, sit, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
