Job Description
Oracle is in search of a skilled Product Owner to have oversight of Oracle Health Surgery, Anesthesia, and Clinical Inventory Management products across all of our multi-tenant stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows while meeting the specific needs of our multi-tenant stakeholder space.
Responsibilities
Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it an extraordinary engineering center with the focus on excellence.
Spearhead the global configuration and workflows of the Oracle Health Surgery, Anesthesia, and Clinical Inventory Management products, aligning with organizational standards, providing alignments across our multi-tenant partners, and providing education when needed.
Undertake ongoing maintenance and support, troubleshooting technical issues, applying updates and modifications, and upholding data integrity and security.
Provide comprehensive education, conducting customer calls when necessary, generating user documentation, and offering ongoing support to address inquiries and concerns.
Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and collaboration with Oracle support and/or development teams.
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, development teams, Consulting, support teams and healthcare professionals, leveraging excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and coordinating system changes or updates.
Evaluate and approve/deny global changes that may impact multi-tenant customers. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Surgery, Anesthesia, and/or Clinical Inventory Management workflows and stay abreast of industry standards. Apply experience to enhance system implementation and troubleshooting processes.
Job Requirements
Oracle Health Surgery, Anesthesia or Clinical Inventory Management product experience is a must have
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows with Surgery, Anesthesia or Clinical Inventory Management products
Knowledge of system functionality and system configurations
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, information systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
Knowledge or experience working in a shared domain or multi-tenant model is a strong plus

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
