We are looking for an experienced Prep/Line Cook with the knowledge of and ability to prepare food items not limited to, cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces. Must have experience skill set of grilling, frying and other cooking methods specified by recipes and standards. Must maintain cleanliness at all times according to government health and safety standards. One year experience preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to lift a tray weighing approximately up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for the majority of a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good attitude and desire to join a winning team
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to take responsibility for your own actions.
- Experience or willingness to learn how to safely handle food.
- Available to work Holidays when needed.
- Able to follow directions
- Able to provide excellent customer service
