Behavioral Health Business Change Manager Sr, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Manager
Location: Topeka, KS
Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection, with the in-office commitment for this role being 1-2 days in the Kansas office per week.
The Behavioral Health Business Change Manager Sr, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Manager is responsible for all CCBHC-related activities, including oversight of coordination activities with KDADS and other external stakeholders. This position will serve as a state contact and regularly meet with KDHE, KDADS, and other stakeholders.
How you will make an impact:
Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices.
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Kansas-licensed clinician with 5 years of combined experience in mental health and SUD services is strongly preferred.
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.
Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
