JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: HUB Supervisor
Reports to: HUB Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary:The Hub Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the facility. This includes overseeing various attractions, such as bowling, arcade games, movies and concessions. The supervisor will work closely with the HUB Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth efficient operation of the facility, providing exceptional guest service and supervising staff.
Essential Duties:
- Assists in overseeing all aspects of HUB operations, including attractions, facilities, equipment and staff.
- Supervise and lead staff, including all operational personnel.
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate event setup, ensuring that the facility is well prepared and well maintained.
- Oversee the execution of event plans and schedules, including crowd control and VIP services.
- Train, mentor and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Manage inventory levels for supplies.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an entertainment or hospitality setting.

- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
