Description
As a TM-I, you will play a crucial role in representing and promoting our brands to the target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with consumers, raise brand awareness, and drive customer loyalty. You will act as the face and voice of our brand, embodying its values and creating a positive brand image.
ORGANIZATIONAL MANDATES
Brand Promotion and Awareness:
Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about our brand and its offerings.
Interact with potential customers, answer their queries, and educate them about our products and promtions.
Actively participate in marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows to promote brand visibility.
Utilize social media platforms to share brand messages, engage with followers, and create buzz around our products when directed by management.
Install POS and other marketing materials as requested by management.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and community members.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential leads and generate brand advocacy.
Engage with customers through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and social media.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights.
Conduct research and gather customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
Brand Representation:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with our brand image.
Consistently communicate and demonstrate our brand values, mission, and unique selling points.
Act as a brand advocate both online and offline, promoting positive experiences and fostering customer loyalty.
Reporting and Feedback:
Provide regular reports on consumer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Share insights, suggestions, and ideas for innovative marketing strategies
Product and Promotional Items Inventory:
Accurately and consistently provide inventory documentation of product and promotional items used to conduct marketing activities to management.

The TM-I must have the ability to interact respectfully and appropriately with each member of the office/other staff. You are expected to treat each other with respect and be courteous to one another.
The TM-I must have the ability to educate staff on operational and policy changes and updates.
The TM-I must have the ability to communicate with other Managers to network ideas to create more market share and profitability.
The TM-I must have the ability to be aware of and maintain the Chain of Command at all times.
The TM-I must have the ability to assist and train others in areas or subjects in which you are more experienced or educated.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be comfortable working with the public and in tobacco industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
Valid Driver’s License
Familiarity with our brand and a genuine passion for our products or services.
Workplace Environment
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events and campaigns.
Personal Appearance & Demeanor
Candidate must be well groomed and presentable to the general public.
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and approachable personality
Attendance
Most working dates will be set one to two weeks in advance.
Candidate must be flexible with dates and times.
Some promos may last longer than the scheduled hours.
Candidate must be willing to stay until the promo has completely ended.
