As the Human Resources Recruiter you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. Major responsibilities

  • Managing various administrative duties

  • Formulating internal recommendations

  • Leading interviews

  • Applying digital recruiting resources

  • Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Delivering and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

    Requirements - Are you highly professional? Are you able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity?

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Proven knowledge of Job Postings

  • Resume Screening experience

  • Communication experience

  • Well-founded grasp of Schedule Interviews

  • Deep understanding of Conduct Interviews

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired

  • Conducting Phone Screens experience preferred

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
