What you will enjoy doing

  • You will work with all regional business units and teams in Operations, Reliability, Engineering, R& D and Finance worldwide to ensure safe and reliable operation of all global production facilities at the lowest life cycle cost
  • Own set of KPI (key performance indicators) to measure reliability performance (availability, M& R cost, work management etc.) of all Linde production facilities worldwide
  • You will identify opportunities to improve performance through data analytics and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and implement related strategies
  • You will also own and manage global reliability improvement programs such as: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, Asset Integrity Management (AIM), Uptime measurement systems, Reliability Assessments, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program and methodologies such as Reliability and Maintenance (RAM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and water treatment programs
  • Responsible to develop or update and help implement best practice standards that improve reliability performance
  • You will identify, pilot, and implement new digital technologies for reliability improvement
  • Incorporate financial and productivity discipline into all reliability programs

What makes you great

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience of industrial operations/engineering/reliability/maintenance teams
  • A minimum of 10 years of in industrial operations/engineering/reliability/maintenance experience is preferred
  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or proven experience in financial metrics is preferred
  • You will be required to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international)
  • You must have experience in standards and best practices in installation, operation and life cycle management of industrial systems and equipment
  • Proven knowledge of reliability systems and programs such as Asset Integrity program, EAM systems, data management and analytics, preventive/predictive maintenance program, RCM, and RCA methodologies
  • Proven financial acumen and experience with statistical analysis
  • You must be an initiative-taker who effectively leads teams, manages multiple tasks under time and cost pressure; assigns appropriate priorities to competing interests, and achieves results with minimal supervision
  • CMRP or CRE certification is preferred
  • Proven knowledge of Productivity, Six Sigma or Lean methodologies and techniques is preferred
  • Understanding of regulatory and industrial standards and codes is preferred
