    How do you excel in this position

    The Application Engineer is responsible for development of sales proposals focusing on Stark Compression's pump, blower, water booster, steam turbine and other associated industrial equipment products. Proposal requirements are generated via direct customer contact, required specifications from the Compression RNG and Skid departments and through the support of Stark Compression's outside sales engineering team.

    What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical or related engineering discipline.

  • 1-3 years of experience with centrifugal and positive displacement pump and low-pressure positive displacement blowers.

  • Being customer-centered and able to maintain satisfied customer and vendor relationships.

  • Having track record of successfully resolving technical problems with a desire and ability to learn

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.

  • Must be self-motivated and team oriented, capable of learning, managing time, priorities, and operating well under pressure with little supervision.
