Robert Half Change Management Manager in Toms River, New Jersey

Description We are seeking a Change Management Manager to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. In this role, you'll be in charge of ensuring the smooth implementation and adoption of a new system across our US and Canada regions. Working closely with various stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in managing change within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of change efforts for the project, ensuring they align with the project's goals and timelines.

• Develop and put into action change management plans, which include strategies for communication, training, feedback assessments, and support.

• Work in collaboration with project teams, HR, and other stakeholders to identify and address the impacts of change.

• Keep track of the progress of change management, identifying and mitigating risks as and when needed.

• Provide guidance and support to aid in the smooth transition and adoption of the new system.

• Use your strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to drive successful implementation.

• Leverage your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Use your experience with Microsoft Office and similar time and absence systems, such as Kronos, to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.

• Maintain a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset throughout the project. Requirements • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

• Experienced in training and mentoring team members regarding change initiatives

• Proficient in planning and executing change management processes

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) administration

• Familiarity with "About Time" and "Kronos" software is beneficial

• Proven track record of driving progress and implementing changes effectively

• Capable of executing plans and strategies in a timely manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required

• Experience in Change Management principles and methodology is essential

• Ability to provide guidance to project teams during change management process

• Experience in timeline planning and mitigation strategies

• Basic understanding of UX principles is an advantage

• Possess a progressive mindset and adaptability to changes
