Operates self-propelled custom class harvesting machines to harvest hay by cutting, raking, baling, hauling; adjusts settings of harvesting machinery; drives truck to transport crops to storage area; directs and monitors workers during harvesting; repairs and maintains machinery; cleans work areas; informs farm manager of crop progress; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
