Position Overview Target specific submarkets within the division to create sales and increase sales of low volume customers. Assist other sales personnel to elevate overall customer service. Oversee the day-to-day use of material quote and Salesfore.com. Assist in ensuring the daily customer needs are met, monitor and report on material (quality and availability) also any delivery concerns. Act as a resource in resolving issues between billing and sales and customer corrections. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing small and mid-level customer base.
  • Manage and sell to low volume accounts.
  • Reach out to new accounts with company information and salesperson assignment/transition.
  • Cultivate relationships to transition to outside rep as volume increase.
  • Prospect from existing customer base.
  • Transition customers who over the road sales are having a difficult time or staying in contact with
  • Materials quote to public.
  • Customer service: Assist outside sales, administrative, and logistics teams as necessary.
  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
  • Must be willing to answer calls after hours and weekends when necessary.
  • P ossible p rinting tickets, basic paperwork, basic record & bookkeeping.
  • Ability to take detailed messages and effectively pass along information.

  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Report to the assigned job site ready to begin work at the designated start time.
