Bon Secours Mercy Health Grant Coordinator - Family Success Network in Toledo, Ohio

Provides fiscal coordination of grants and fee-for-service programs and administrative support to the department. This includes accurate and timely recording of expenditures and revenue, purchasing, and ensuring fiscal compliance with funder requirements for grant and fee-for-service programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for day-to-day fiscal activities for grant and fee-for-service programs. This includes, accurate and timely recording of expenditures and revenue on the grant analysis spreadsheets, maintaining supporting documentation, payroll distribution, completion of check requests and transfer of funds, processing employee reimbursements, maintaining an up-to-date equipment inventory, and maintaining grant files in accordance with Mercy Health and funder requirements.

Prepares grant budgets, budget revisions, and funder and departmental reports. Monitors expenses to ensure spending is in line with allowable expenses and in compliance with grant contracts. Provides regular feedback to the department supervisor on the fiscal status of grants and fee-for-service programs.

Provides administrative support for the department.

Purchases equipment and supplies for the department and ensures that all equipment is in good working order.

Compiles and enters information for CBISA

Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Required Minimum Education: 4 year / Bachelors Degree

Preferred Education: Bachelors in Business, Accounting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One year previous finance, budget or accounting experience

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Basic understanding of accounting principles. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in EXCEL and other Microsoft office applications. Ability to think critically. Strong interpersonal skills. Team player.
