JOB TITLE: Senior Product Specialist

顧客に対して製品の適正使用についての啓発活動と顧客トレーニングを企画立案し、実行する
営業やマーケティングチームメンバーと密に連携を取り、担当製品のマーケティング戦略を立案・実行し、営業の製品販売活動をサポートする
Main Responsibilities

営業部、他のマーケティング担当及び米国本社マーケティング担当と協力し、製品のマーケティング戦略を立案し、担当製品の販売活動をサポートする
担当製品のプロモーション・価格・ディストリビューション・在庫戦略の立案・実行のため、関係各部署と協力する
売上、顧客データを分析し、レポート作成する
製品の安全使用・販売促進のため、必要に応じて国内外学会や顧客イベント等で製品プロモーションや顧客トレーニング活動を企画、実施する
薬事部及び米国本社マーケティング担当及びその他関係各部署と密に連携を取り、担当製品領域の製品ポートフォリオ戦略、新製品の国内導入戦略の立案・実行、及び製品ライフサイクルを管理する
医療従事者向けの製品説明会及びトレーニングを実施する
メドトロニック社員に対する製品・治療トレーニングをサポートする
担当製品に関して社内の様々な部門の関係者とのリエゾンの役割を果たし、各部門に対して必要なサポートを提供する
Must Haves
Job Experience
- 3年間の医療機器の営業あるいはマーケティング経験、もしくはそれ相当の経験
Skills/Knowledge
優れたコミュニケーションスキル
複数の案件を同時にこなし、期日を守ることができる優れたタイムマネージメント能力
複数の利害関係者との関係を調整し、目的を遂行することができるプロジェクト管理能力
Competency
医療従事者及び社内外の関係者に対して影響を与え、良好な関係を築くことができる
自ら率先して新しい分野に挑み、創意工夫し問題を解決する能力
売上データ、顧客データ等を様々なデータベースやリソースから収集し、膨大なデータの加工、分析を行う事ができる
優れたデータ解析力、分析力を持ち、タイムリーに意思決定することができる。市場情報など様々な情報を理解・統合し、ベーシックな財務モデルを作成し、意思決定に活用することができる
新しい知識を積極的に習得し、継続的な知識・スキル向上に率先して勤める態度
英語:英文論文・文献を理解できる。また海外社内関係者及び顧客との適切なビジネスコミュニケーションを行う事ができる
医療従事者に対して治療及び製品を論理的に説明・プレゼンすることができる。またそのために必要なプレゼンテーション資料を作成する。
頻繁なビジネストラベル（25％以上の時間）とそれに対応できるスケジュール管理能力と対応力
