アンダーズ 東京のメインダイニング『ザ タヴァン グリル＆ラウンジ』レストランサービス（アシスタントマネージャー）を募集いたします。
虎ノ門ヒルズ51階に位置する当ホテルのメインダイニング「ザ タヴァン グリル＆ラウンジ」のレストランサービス部門におけるアシスタントマネージャー（管理職）の募集となります。
当ポジションは、マネージャーを補佐し、オペレーション管理のみならず、季節に応じたプロモーションの企画、スタッフの育成や勤怠管理、計数管理等、幅広く業務に携わっていただくことができます。
管理職の入り口として、今後料飲部門で活躍し続けるためのベースを形成していただくのに最適なポジションです。

虎ノ門ヒルズ51Fに位置し、アフタヌーンティーやバー利用が可能なラウンジエリアと朝食～ディナーまでカバーするダイニングエリアから成り、日常のあらゆるシーンでお使いいただける150席を超える当ホテルのメインダイニング。
ダイニングエリアでは珍しい天然の冷蔵庫「雪室（ゆきむろ）」で特別熟成された「スノーエイジングビーフ」のグリルをはじめ、日本の食材と熟成方法にこだわりながら、クラシカルな定番メニューを驚きに満ちた斬新なアレンジでご提供しております。

Qualifications:
・ホテルレストランまたは大型料飲施設での管理職経験2年以上、またはチームリーダークラスでの実務経験3年以上
Min. 2 year of F&B experience as Assistant Manager or 3 year of Team Leader or in a related position in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
・日常会話レベル以上の英語力、および日本語力
Working knowledge of English & Japanese skills.
