Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an innovative, strategic and dynamic individual to join us as System & Application Engineer for our Editron business in the region. The primary tasks will be offering Pre-Sales and After-Sales’ Technical Support / Consultation as well as back-office support for Editron customers. You will be a part of our Editron System Engineers Team and you will also work with Service/Quality and R&D teams.
You will be the System & Application Engineer Expert to our customers by bringing in your technical expertise and market knowledge to innovate new ways to offer the best level of product support and service.
Job Responsibilities
Solve Editron system related problems, provide support and help to customers, give instructions and train customers. Goal is to solve problem and provide solution in cooperation with Service Team, R&D and other relevant internal stakeholders
Offer Editron’s technical proposals to DPS OEM/Distribution Sales as well as Cross
Segment Sales Team (DPD), support the teams on new products CRN creation in
OneCRM
Support Service Team to conduct on-site commissioning as well asequipment repair process and advising customers on spare parts and other after sales issues
Co-work with Service Team on preparing instructions, training material, and other related documentations for customers
Background & Skills
Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of relevant field working experience, with good exposure to matrix management and cross-functional.
Technical problem-solving skills and understanding of electrical drawings and documents
Has experience with SAP and Zendesk
Customer and service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Team player with a positive mindset and desire to learn new things
Computer literacy with skills in data entry and management
Strong project management skills and good knowledge of key IT tools (MS Office, BI, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently in a challenging environment and ambitious situations
Strong command of English (ability to understand technical terminology and to communicate), a second language is advantageous
