Physical Distribution and Inspection Team Manager（勤務地：麻布台本社）
Your role:
Managerとして以下業務を実施
主に医療機器の国際輸送、輸出入手続き、倉庫業務（製造所含む）、配送業務に関するベンダーのマネジメント
上記分野における、改善のためのプロジェクト立案、推進、実行
グローバル含む社内他部署による関係プロジェクトへの対応
製造所運営に関して、法定要求事項に基づく、関係部署との連携（法的要求事項対応方法の実施など）
チームメンバー8名の業務サポート及び、development
Supply Chain組織のマネジメントとして、部門運営への参画
You're the right fit if:
10年程度の広義のSupply Chain経験と、そのうち5年程度の医療機器メーカーでの輸配送、倉庫内業務全般（製造所含む）の経験
5年以上のチームマネジメント経験
ビジネスに支障のない英語力（読み・書き・会話すべて）と、グローバル環境での勤務経験とコミュニケーションスキル
薬機法に関する基礎的な知識
自ら課題発見、対策検討・提案、実施そして解決までをリーダーシップを発揮して実践できる
定量・定性情報を踏まえて、論理的に説明（資料作成含む）ができる
業務委託先、社内関係部署（Quality, Marketing, Sales, Planning等）と良好にコミュニケーションが取れる（ステークホルダーマネジメント含む）
4年制大学卒業以上
ASCM CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certified （あれば望ましい）
