Amazon Fresh Teamで展開しているAmazon フレッシュ、Amazon ネットスーパーパートナービジネスは共に現在急速に成長しており、本ポジションでは主にAmazon ネットスーパーパートナービジネスの担当マーチャントのマーケティングを担当します。具体的には認知向上/新規顧客獲得/顧客定着化プロモーションの企画・実行、データの分析・報告、Email・ Amazon.co.jp上のPlacementを利用したトラフィックの誘導などを担って頂きます。日常業務ではマーケティングチームのみならず、ビジネスディベロップメント、アカウントマネジャー、プロダクトマネジメント、オペレーション、PR、Legalなど多岐に渡るチームとの連携・協業が求められます。またアカウントマネジャーと協業して、パートナーとのミーティング(週次、月次)にも参加します。Amazon Fresh International Team とは他国のパートナー向けマーケティング施策に関して、情報共有や共同でのキャンペーン実施などを定期的に実施しており、海外とのコミュニケーションも必要です。

Inspired by fast growing online grocery business? Amazon Fresh Team is looking for a pro-active, results oriented Marketing Manager to drive our partner online grocery business.

Amazon Fresh Team focuses on online grocery through Amazon Fresh business and partner business. In this role, you will manage all the marketing activities regarding our partner merchant. Key marketing activities are making acquisition/ engagement strategy, daily reporting, data analytics, traffic generate action through Email, digital ad, direct mails, etc and placement management on Amazon.co.jp.

You will work with variety of stake holders including central marketing team, business development team, product management team, operation, PR/legal team and also with Amazon Fresh international team as well to share best practices, execute joint key marketing campaign.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in professional non-internship marketing

• 3 years Experience in marketing or consultancy

• Logical thinking

• Experience working for outside partner/client

• Japanese communication capability at business level

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA

• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

• English communication capability at business level
