ITIL/SIAMなどをベースとしたサービスマネジメントのアセスメント、改善活動
サービスマネジメント領域のプロセス構築
プロジェクト風土のサーベイと分析、改善活動

Kyndryl is engaged in system construction and delivery for our client companies.
We, Service Excellence department, are engaged in activities to maintain and improve delivery and project quality so that Kyndryl's construction and delivery projects can serve our clients without system incidents or project execution problems. As a member of the department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Analyze Root Cause of system incidents and quality issues across company.
Assess and improve Service Management process based on ITIL/SIAM.
Construct Service Management process.
Analyze and improve project culture survey result.

Mainly working from remote, but may come into the office based on needs.

ITIL Foundation以上の資格(入社してから研修受講・資格取得も可能です)
品質管理関係の業務経験(他業界での経験も歓迎です)
5年程のプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験

Able to take on challenges in new areas with a positive attitude
Have good communication skills with the ability to talk and coordinate extensively within the company across departments
[Preferred Skills and Experience]
ITIL Foundation or higher certification (training and certification can be obtained after joining Kyndryl)
Experience in quality management related work (experience in other industries is also welcome)
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management
