Overview

We are looking for a data analyst to join our team working across a key pieces of business for Publicis Media – KENVUE. In this role, you will be expected to support the analysis of large data pools to extract insights that lead to in depth understanding of media performance. You will also be required to help to support and present key findings to clients, where necessary.

Responsibilities

We are closely collaborating with the planning and strategy teams in our work.

・Centralize media activities (historical and ongoing) into a single database to enable cross-platform analysis, uncover trends, identify seasonality patterns that unlock new opportunities

・ Automate reporting to free up planners' time, allowing them to focus on more tactical and strategic tasks

・ Provide actionable insights by leveraging not only media platform data but also tools like Meta Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud (tools which require SQL skills)

・Set performance benchmarks based on historical data to guide future campaigns effectively

・Support hypothesis testing (A/B testing) to ensure statistically robust results and actionable outcomes

Qualifications

・Have at least 2+ years experience

・Data processing/analysis related to various media data

・Data analysis skills: Analyze viewership, readership, click-through rates, and other figures to optimize media selection and advertising distribution.

・Client facing/presentation (including document preparation)

・Collaboration with external partners

・Communication skills: Able to communicate with a variety of people in order to plan and communicate with clients regarding requirements, budgets, negotiations with media companies, etc.

・Native Japanese and Business English (TOEIC score 800 or above)
