ANA InterContinental Tokyo is currently undertaking a major Luxury Room Renovation project, which began in October 2023. The goal is to renovate 759 of the hotel’s 844 guest rooms, covering approximately 90% of the accommodations. The project is progressing well and is scheduled for completion in December 2024, at which point the hotel will have a total of 801 rooms.
Your day to day
As our Hotel Manager you will be working hand in hand with our General Manager, supporting and driving the Business Plan and People Plan & working to enhance the guest journey. This role is key to the success of our Hotel and in an integral part of the Executive team.
Essentials for the role:
･ Rooms and Food & Beverage experience background is essential for this role.
･ A true leader.
･ A career to date focused on five-star luxury hotels.
･ The ability to drive and implement the management strategy in conjunction with the General Manager.
･ A talent in surprising & delighting not only our guests but the team as well.
･ Commercially astute and financially savvy.
･ Lead and develop our HOD’s to manage the on-going profitability of each department, ensuring revenue and guest fulfilment targets are set, met and exceeded.
･ At least 2 years’ experience in the role of Hotel Manager.
