Google Diversity Sourcing Specialist (English, Japanese) in Tokyo, Japan

As a member of our recruiting team, you'll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of resourcefulness and a diversity of thought to all that they do. You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at Google. You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

Our Diversity Sourcing Specialists play an essential role in fueling Google’s growth globally with technical talent across Google’s core product areas, including Cloud, Technical Infrastructure, Geo, Consumer Hardware, and Horizontals. Diversity Sourcing Specialists work directly with recruiters and management on a variety of high-priority requisitions by ensuring that we continually engage a diverse range of top candidates for roles at Google. This position demands a balance of creativity, drive and interpersonal savvy. This role will leverage your sourcing, influencing, coaching, strategy and communications skills. You're highly motivated and have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
