‐ ゲストからのお問合せへの対応
‐ ホテルの周辺案内等ゲストのあらゆる要望にお応えする業務
Qualifications:
‐ コンシェルジュ業務経験必須（3年以上）
‐ ビジネスレベル以上の英語力必須
‐ PC操作（Excel,Word)が出来る方
‐ 読み・書き・会話力すべてにおいてプロフェッショナルで丁寧な言語能力
‐ 問題解決力、対人能力、高いコミュニケーション能力、ゲストリレーション技術必須
‐ 旅行業界/ホテル業界の知識を有する
