アマゾン目黒本社において、ファイナンシャル・アナリスト（経理担当）として活躍いただける方を募集しています。
このポジションは東京を拠点に、買掛金管理チームの一員として重要な役割を担います。
主な責任は、主要取引先への迅速かつ正確な支払いを確保することです。そのため、以下の業務を担当していただきます：紙の請求書の受領、スキャン、ファイリング、請求書処理、ならびに社内外の関係者との調整・連携などです。
勤務時間は月曜日から金曜日の午前9時から午後6時です。
Amazon Finance Operations department is looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Accounts Payable Financial Analyst. This role will based in Tokyo, Japan, holds significant responsibilities within the Accounts Payable Financial Operations Team. The primary focus is on ensuring timely payments to critical vendors, encompassing various related activities such as receiving, scanning & filling paper invoice, processing invoice, and communicating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve this mission.
Key job responsibilities
• AP関連の郵便物の仕分け処理と管理（主に紙の請求書の受領、スキャン、ファイリング、保管）
• 支払い明細の照合作業
• 公共料金や通信料などの計上処理
• 経費請求書の支払いに関する問い合わせ対応
• プロセス改善提案および実行
• 指標を分析し、管理者に報告する業務
• ビジネス関連の問題の原因や予測因子を特定し、適切な是正策を実施する業務
• トラッキングや根本原因分析、改善活動、新規プロジェクトの推進

-Receive, scan & fill paper invoices from external suppliers
-Process and reconcile invoices from Amazon corporate vendors in financial system
-Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies
-Analyze and report metrics to management
-Identify predictors and causes of business related problems and implement appropriate corrective solutions
-Analyze and solve business problems at their root
-External vendor communication
Basic Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting.
Fluent in both Japanese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Desirable familiarity with Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools.
Proficient in desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel (or equivalent).
Essential strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to deep dive while also seeing and understand the big picture
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
Mandarin Speaking is Preferred.
