Channel BDMは、ビジネスデベロップメントに関する情熱、SaaSビジネス成長の経験と知識、JavaScript 、APIやIPaaSのテクニカルバックグラウンド、社内外のステークホルダーとエンゲージできる英語力を兼ね備え、日本のカスタマーの支援を行うためにあらゆるネットワークを駆使します。日本のカスタマーが、HQのあるアメリカと同じようにNetSuiteを使っていただくために必要な、アライアンス強化、技術およびナレッジの移転を行います。このポジションは、NetSuite Japanを5x、10xに成長させる重要な役割であり、オーナーシップと走りながら考えるビジネスにおける俊敏性が求められます。
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibility
・顧客中心のビジネス開発： BDMとして、顧客と直接関わり、要件を定義し、顧客のERPインスタンスの実践的な構成に積極的に参加します。開発チームとエンドユーザーの間の断絶を回避し、HQやグローバルチームの持つ豊富なナレッジを日本に展開します。
・最先端技術へのアクセス: 最先端の技術を探求し、当社のナレッジベースに貢献し、当社のソリューションが革新的であり続けるために重要な役割を果たします。カスタマイズ、ワークフロー、サードパーティのIPaaSを使ったデータ統合等に関するガイダンスを提供し、技術的な課題の克服を支援します。
Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など
・法人向けITソリューション経験5年以上。
・結果とオーナーシップに100％の情熱を注ぎ、Bias for Actionで活動できる方
・JavaScriptは必須。
・ERPに精通していること。ERPまたはCRM導入プロジェクトのコンサルティング経験があれば尚可。
Want/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など
・SaaSベンダーの社内業務に関する実務知識（特に課題管理、エスカレーション管理）があれば尚可。
・Java、C#、PHPなどのプログラミング言語での実務経験、インテグレーション、EFT、SCA、SFTP、Webサービス等精通していると尚可。
・製造、サービス、小売いずれかの業務の実務経験。
Language/語学力
日本語ネイティブ。英語はビジネスレベル。英語の水準は、弊社グローバルのプロダクト、マーケティング、イネーブルメントのチームと連携を英語で行いビジネスをグロースできること。
Location/勤務地
東京（外苑前） 出勤は週3、リモート勤務も週2回まで可能。
