当部のアカウントエグゼクティブは、エーオンのグローバルにおける既存顧客に対して、最適な保険プログラムを提供すると共に、新規ビジネスの開拓に従事していただきます。

職務内容

  • 顧客企業に対する業務、日々の対応を含み、求められる様々な業務を遂行

  • 更新サイクルにおいて、イニシアティブをとって必要業務を円滑に進める(通知の作成や確認、申込書確認、提出状況確認等

  • 顧客のみならず社内外の関係者との適切かつ迅速なコミュニケーションを取り、良好な協力かつ信頼関係を構築

  • エーオンの他オフィスと協働の上、顧客へのサービスを確実に円滑に提供

  • エーオングローバルネットワークのリソースを使い。既存顧客の更なる取引の拡大と、新たなビジネスチャンスの開拓

  • クレーム状況のモニター

  • 新規見込先への各種戦略を策定および適切な保険ソリューションの提供

  • 顧客対応に必要な保険知識を習得

  • エーオンのグローバルおよび日本においての、ビジネスに関連する法令を遵守

    経験・スキル

  • 仕事の工程管理、優先順位付けができる能力と、柔軟で臨機応変な対応力

  • 優れたコミュニケーション力(会話およびビジネスメール)および関係構築のためのスキル

  • 企業分野における保険マーケット(損害保険会社またはブローカー / エージェント)で最低5年間の経験

  • 母国語や流暢なレベルの日本語( JLPT N1 同等)

  • 英語力は一定水準( TOEIC の 700 点以上相当)

  • PC スキル: Microsoft Office に習熟していること  Excel (関数・グラフ作成等)、 Word 、 Power Point など

    給与:    経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定

    勤務地:   東京 23 区

    勤務時間:  9:00-17:00 (休憩 60 分・実働 7 時間) フレックスタイム制

           残業有  ※ 残業代の付与条件は規定による

    休日:    完全週休 2 日制(土・日)、祝日

           年末年始 (12/30 ~ 1/3) 年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等

    Aon Japan is currently recruiting an Account Executive - AGCN Inward Team.

    This role has the flexibility to be performed from our Tokyo, Japan office in a hybrid working model.

    Applicants must legally authorized to work in Japan. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

    What the day will look like

    AGCN (Aon Global Client Network) Inward Division provides services for P&C as an insurance agent to mainly overseas based multi-national companies in Japan.

    Account Executive is in charge of AGCN clients and is responsible for maintaining the existing insurance policies in Global Program and also developing the new business.

    This position acquires following responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Day to day services for clients

  • Proactively coordinate renewal cycle to ensure all vital steps are completed in timely fashion. This may include: preparing and/or checking notice letters, application reviews, market submissions and terms reports; putting firm orders to various markets; ensuring that coverages are bound prior to the effective dates; and responding to clients requests.

  • Ensure all communications, both written and verbal, received from clients, markets and other Aon offices are acknowledged promptly.

  • Coordinate activities with other Aon offices to ensure smooth coordination of all client activity.

  • Develop and create the new business using the resource of Aon Global Network

  • Monitor claims activities.

  • Undertake various duties as assigned.

  • Communicate with insurance markets for quotes, and develop/maintain positive working relationship with markets.

  • Catch up required insurance business knowledge as needed in a timely manner

  • Manage timeline of business and individual including personal excellence for any matter as an employee.

  • Meet Aon global and local compliance requirements.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, monitor and control work flow deadlines and be flexible

  • Strong communication skills

  • Native or fluent level of Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent)

  • Fluent English in communication (reading, speaking and writing)

  • University Degree or above

  • At least 5 years experience in insurance markets(insurers or brokers/agents)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Power Point)
