Google Account Executive, Small and Medium Business, Google Cloud in Tokyo, Japan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space.

  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience selling IaaS or PaaS.

  • Experience reaching and exceeding sales goals in the technology industry.

  • Experience selling Google Workspace or other collaboration solutions.

  • Knowledge of the Japanese IT market.

  • Knowledge of the technology and cloud computing market, and Google Cloud products (Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform).

As a Google Workspace Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Google Workspace solutions to businesses of all Small and Medium sized businesses within the assigned territory. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them understand how Google Workspace can transform the way they work and collaborate.

  • Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption related activities.

  • Deliver against assigned goals for Google Workspace products and services while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects.

  • Drive business development, forecast accurately using CRM systems, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

  • Work with our Customer Engineers and trusted Google Cloud Partners as a critical member of the sales team to maximize business results and cultivate opportunities with small and medium businesses.
