Liberty Healthcare Corporation Licensed Practical Nurse – Clinical Reviewer / PASRR Level I in TN, United States

Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for anticipated new PASSR I Clinical Reviewer positions.

As a Clinical Reviewer with Liberty Healthcare, you will help ensure that people are in the most appropriate setting based on their individual needs.

Your work will involve using the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) Level I tool to evaluate people for serious mental illness and / or an intellectual and developmental disability.

The PASRR is an important tool used in rebalancing services away from institutions and towards supporting people in their residences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering pertinent health information

  • Screening individuals for mental illness, intellectual disability, and other conditions

  • Completing structured assessment forms

This is a virtual position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office.

You are a good fit for an Assessor position with Liberty if you possess the following:

  • Licensed professionally in Tennessee as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Experience providing practical nursing services to people who have mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities

  • Solid written communication, computer, and analytical skills

  • Dedicated workspace within your home

  • Residency in Tennessee

You must also be very organized, self-motivated, and able to be productive in an autonomous role.
