Your role at Clorox:
The Sourcer and Branding Consultant plays a key role within our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, focusing on proactive talent sourcing, candidate generation, and developing innovative sourcing strategies and tools. This position builds strong partnerships with our global TA team to support our hiring goals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of top talent. By identifying and engaging candidates who meet and exceed our organizational needs, this role drives strategic, opportunistic hiring.
In addition, the role oversees the execution of Talent Acquisition social media strategy, ensuring the Clorox brand is effectively represented in all employment materials.
In this role, you will:
Lead Sourcing Strategy Development:
Partner with TA Recruiters & Leaders to design and implement sourcing strategies.
Source passive candidates and build pipelines for critical roles, with a focus on evergreen talent.
Act as the internal expert on direct sourcing strategies and tools, empowering Recruiters to source effectively.
Provide talent market insights and consult on diversity hiring strategies, prioritizing business and diversity goals.
Collaborate with the TA IDEA Manager to implement diversity recruitment initiatives.
Execute Sourcing Strategy:
Reach out to potential candidates via social media, email, and phone to introduce opportunities.
Conduct initial candidate conversations, ensuring a smooth handoff to Recruiters for next steps.
Present data and status updates to hiring teams and leadership, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Employment Branding & Social Media Strategy:
Collaborate with TA and cross-functional teams to manage Employer Value Proposition and branding projects.
Partner with Corporate Communications to create engaging TA social media content (posts, videos, etc.)
Audit and maintain accuracy in all TA communications.
Track TA social media activity, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize engagement.
Evaluate tools and strategies to ensure the TA team remains fast, lean, and effective.
What we look for:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Experience in both corporate and agency settings is highly preferred.
LinkedIn power user for talent mapping, sourcing and branding
ATS proficiency, preferably with Workday.
Strategic thinking: Proven ability to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Stakeholder engagement: Skilled at building strong relationships and understanding the needs of hiring managers.
Diversity champion: Passion for driving inclusive hiring practices.
Metrics-driven: Comfortable using data to measure success and optimize processes.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Relevant degrees in Human Resources, Business, or related fields are preferred. Certifications such as AIRS, SHRM, PMP, or PHR are nice to have.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $69,600 - $127,400
–Zone B: $63,800 - $116,800
–Zone C: $58,000 - $106,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
