Your role at Clorox:
El Representante de Ventas será responsable de colaborar con el Gerente Regional en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias comerciales para distribuidores en las Áreas 4 y 5 de Nielsen. Su enfoque principal será alcanzar los objetivos de distribución numérica en la Ciudad de México, Estado de México, Oaxaca, Puebla y Veracruz, a través de cuentas clave como Rabbit, Dizory y Salma. Además, deberá ejecutar iniciativas efectivas para detallistas, incrementando la presencia de nuestras categorías y marcas en puntos de venta. Su labor será fundamental para acelerar el crecimiento de nuestro market share en la región.
In this role, you will:
Colaborar con el Gerente Regional en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales para distribuidores en las Áreas 4 y 5 de Nielsen, alcanzando objetivos de distribución en CDMX, Estado de México, Oaxaca, Puebla y Veracruz a través de cuentas clave.
Implementar iniciativas enfocadas en detallistas para aumentar la distribución de nuestras categorías y marcas, impulsando el crecimiento del market share.
Establecer KPI’s para identificar oportunidades de aceleración de mercado en las cuentas asignadas, con énfasis en el Route to Market de detallistas.
Coordinar equipos de ventas para ejecutar planes estratégicos dirigidos a detallistas (M&POS/Changarros).
Diseñar herramientas de visibilidad que muestren distribución numérica y oportunidades de crecimiento.
Administrar recursos de trade funds y SP, asegurando la recuperación de cartera y cumplimiento de políticas comerciales.
What we look for:
Experiencia:
Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de herramientas de visibilidad basadas en plataformas de datos en sistemas operativos de clientes.
Experiencia en negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Experiencia colaborando con equipos de ventas y fortaleciendo relaciones comerciales con distribuidores.
Conocimientos Técnicos:
Experiencia con clientes detallistas (Changarros/M&POS) y competidores clave para alinear estrategias y capitalizar oportunidades en distribución.
Conocimiento de las Áreas 4 y 5 de Nielsen para desarrollar planes estratégicos por zona geográfica. (Deseable)
Excell Avanzado
Educación:
- Título universitario o experiencia equivalente en áreas relacionadas con negocios, marketing o administración. Se valorará la formación adicional en ventas o gestión comercial.
